In my experience, I have been involved in different IT scenarios from the roles: Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps, Consultant and Support Engineer, I consider that I have experienced and learned new ways in the industry to maintain a high reliability software and with precision in its delivery.


I really love what I do, and my passion for this particular science makes me want to share my knowledge, professional practices, and methods. In my scenarios, I consider that if you understand a system and all the parts that compose it, it could be explained in a simple way to any audience, and that is the principle that I fundamentally apply to carry out each of my professional challenges.

  • I assisted through dedicated consulting to the largest mobile telephony providers in the region, with more than 60,000 active users in production to ensure the operation of proprietary software on the client's On-Legacy architecture, verifying application operations on Tomcat, and continuous monitoring of resources on the following protocols: HTTP/HTTPS, USSD, SMSC, SMPP, HTTP, TCP, UDP, and SOAP.
  • Executed multiple activities for the deployment and provisioning of software using Ansible, scheduling routine tasks in Shell-Script on production servers, providing support and consulting on specific requirements agreed with customers.
  • According to the client's requirements, and in accordance with the standards agreed in the service level agreements, I executed scheduled activities for the maintenance and update of services and applications on RHEL servers, in addition to performing cleaning, optimization, and routine queries on Oracle and MySQL databases.

Managing the scheduled activities of on-site technical staff, supervising installations and maintenance of high-performance telecommunications equipment in MPLS, and network topologies over the WAN.
  • My task were focused on the evaluation of routing and diagnostics for voice services in E1, and SIP-Trunk.
    Configuration evaluation after installation or maintenance of voice and video services via SBC (physical devices: Acme-Packet). And Troubleshooting and maintenance via Telnet and SSH of voice multiplexers (DSLAMs: Alcatel, Huawei).
  • Incident resolution in E1, SIP, Dedicated-Data, Dedicated-Internet. Incident handling by management through BMC (Helix-Dashboard, Remedy-ITSM). And Monitoring and Observability of devices and topologies through SolardWind.
